Thana Hassan is a Pilates instructor and the founder of Grounded in Gratitude, a wellness space rooted in intentional movement and everyday balance. Her approach to Pilates goes beyond form and repetition. It’s about helping you reconnect to your body, build strength with awareness and move in a way that supports your real life.
Her journey into wellness started with a desire to feel more grounded within herself. Through movement, she found not just physical strength, but a deeper sense of clarity, stability and presence. That experience is what she now shares with every client she works with.
Thana’s sessions are thoughtful and supportive, designed for all levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to your body after time away, she creates space for you to move at your own pace while still feeling guided and challenged.
